In a market crowded with HR software and technology, we believe the winning solution serves and supports the people who use it, not the other way around. That’s why we created eBenefits — a health, wealth, and productivity platform that adapts to meet any need, to make things simpler, easier, and more efficient for you and your employees.
In 2002, our parent company, University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC), searched for a vendor to meet the needs of its 50,000-employee workforce spread across more than 50 business units and hundreds of campus and facility locations. Unable to find a nimble enough solution with adequate employee self-service, we developed our own. The success of that endeavor led to the creation of eBenefits.
Today our solutions empower companies across the United States in diverse industries including health care, government, utilities, retail, service, and education. Our team of benefit and technology experts has extensive Fortune 500 and national consulting experience.
Through our affiliates, UPMC Benefit Management Services and UPMC WorkPartners, we also offer additional services to support benefits administration and employee health and productivity.
